🇨🇦一天10碗日式鸭胸拉面 连日本杂志编辑都称赞

这次去试试日本杂志编辑的朋友分享的Hamilton的人气拉面店Menya Kyu,身为多伦多的美食博主的我们,当然少不了去试试。

从多伦多开车1个半小时去到那里,觉得食物还不错。小红书一发,就很多人留言说,也去吃过,原来老板以前还是做法餐的。


Google 4.9分,还获得很多称赞奖项!


店里桌子也不太多,还能买冰冻的半制品。


它家主打日式鸡汤拉面,用当地弄成的鸡做的。


汤底也没有猪骨汤那么油腻

鸭胸拉面,感觉就是很fusion,但是他们的鸭肉煎煮刚刚好,所以肉质都很鲜嫩。




可惜就是那个黑松露油封鸭饺子,口感没有这么扎实,黑松露的味道还是不够浓郁。
